The Proud of my City campaign is your opportunity to get involved, to make a difference in preparing Coventry for London 2012. Whether it’s taking part in a street clean-up, your own community fun-day, becoming a Neighbourhood Watch Coordinator or just coming into the city to enjoy its attractions and the new Broadgate, this is your chance to do something special in Coventry as we build up the welcoming the world in 2012.

In the wake of the Not in my City campaign, Coventry is now a safer city with significant reductions in violence achieved over the last 18 months. So, with all its rich history and international reputation as a city of peace and reconciliation, it’s also a city we can be proud of, a city which deserves to co-host the London 2012 Olympic Football competition as part of the Games.
