With the Olympic and Paralympic Games now over, join in and celebrate all the athletes from Team GB with a parade from London's Trafalgar Square.
This will be a final chance to salute our sporting heroes as over 800 athletes on 21 floats from Team GB and Paralympic GB are invited to take part in a victory parade through central London entitled "Our Greatest Team Parade".
Setting out from Mansion House in the City at 1:30pm, they will travel along Queen Victoria Street and Cannon Street, passing by St Paul's Cathedral, continuing along Fleet Street, past Aldwych and into The Strand, before reaching Trafalgar Square
Watch the whole parade live from the Live Site in Millennium Place and celebrate the remarkable achievements from Team GB.
And bid farewell to one of the most remarkable sporting summers in British history.
