As part of our Stratford to Stratford project, the Mayor of Stratford-upon-Avon, Cllr Jenny Fradgley, will join a team of 75 cyclists from the Olympic site in London to the Bards home town in Warwickshire.
The cyclists of mixed abilities will be raising money for Parkinsons UK and will take 2 days to complete the 110 miles. Many of the cyclists have never attempted anything like this before, and are taking part in weekly cycling training events to build up stamina and fitness and enjoying their very own Olympic challenge.
